This would be a really nice mount if it did any of the things that it should do. They sent me the wrong part that allows the tv to tilt and move, and lock in the desired position. The TV just tilts down all the way, which would be viewable if i layed on the floor to watch tv. Very dissapointing. I contacted the manufacturer and haven't heard back from them, and since i've already installed it, it's not like i can do a swap out with amazon, because i'm sure they will want me to uninstall it, in order to return it.
